Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes and attars are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.
